Do we want them with us in League One or not? I miss their attempts to fill the Rink End and that.

I would be happiest if they went out of business altogether, and we didn't need to ever mention them again. Even better would be if the Borer went as well.

Maybe it should be, 'who do you want as your local derby next season:'

a. Leeds

b. Forest

Because it'll be one of them, Darlo will shit it again like the always do. Might make the play offs, won't win them.

I would never wish bankruptcy on a fellow lower league club, regardless of who they are. Their fans deserve the same admiration as any other lower league club for putting up with years of mediocrity on the pitch, and no hope of ever being a top flight club.

Boro on the other hand - why did we help them all those years ago??? banghead banghead

If Darlow don't go up this year I fear it could be the end for them. George could pull the plug and that stadium will be the millstone that drags them down until extinction is all that's left.

I could never want them to win (unless it helped us) or go up but I would hate to see them go bust.

There would be something missing if there was no Darlow. In the dark days of the late 70's and and most of the 80's the only thing we had to look forward to was our annual battle against re-election and the two games against them. That's why for me they are still always the second result I look for.

I don't even like to think about Borer.

Just as you don't really want the death of yesterdays ref, Parmo, I don't really want to see the end of Darlo, relegation to the Northern League 2nd Division will do. But I am deadly serious about Borer.
