Well mate I'm not one to begrudge a friend, you're a decent bloke. I've stepped down a lot after hounding and all kinds of shite on messageboards. It just gets too much after a while. Like a lot of today's comments from posters have shown, more people care about the people behind the opinions than the opinions themselves

You're not calm at all :P Hate the game, not the player. It's easy to lose your rag on these message boards. A lot of what OO says is light-hearted. The bloke's sound. I just think if one person reacts badly to him, everyone else sees his intentions as pissing people off and everyone jumps aboard.

I don't care for the Loids at all. It's easy to get sucked in but given I now have no time for Rivals and spin-offs (there seemed to be more arguments between Loids than with us) so you just have to look at those who still make the jump to cause trouble: namely Sussex, who pretty much made Pools Rivals unreadable.

I walked away from Rivals when several posters branded me a "Bunkerite" (two of them are now on the Bunker, would you believe ) and after a sad state of affairs involving other posters from Loid Rivals. The type that made it their job to find out about real life as opposed to real answers to arguments.
