so are we having a boycott of the huddersfield game then
lord seaton and myself will not be attending
is it about time we sent a message to IOR that if things continue as they are then people will vote with their feet and not attend games even long time supporters.
BUT if things are sorted by next tuesday then people can decide to return and back the team :!:

looks like I won't be attending this Saturday owing to work committments. The last time work committments got in the way, the lads sorted it out covering the job so I could go to the match (Port Vale game if I remember). I think I'd be embarrassed to ask them again - I mean, it's got to be worth the effort of getting out of work hasn't it?

I'm on nights when we play Hudders, but Tuesday night games are gash. No drinking afterwards. It makes much more sense to be able to drink much alcohol both before and after a Saturday match.

sctatchinghead

I always manage a few post match beers after a Tuesday game and I don't even have my own pub.

Sorry but I'm not having that.

FFS we have been in far worse positions than we are now, Danny Wilson might not be your cup of tea but Jesus he's really not that bad is he? Yes we have been disillusioned this season but I don't understand what you not going is going to achieve. It's cutting your nose off to spite your face I'm sure you want to go to the game.

I think the 1,500 or so who have gone missing will have sent a message out to IOR already, surely not turning up and not backing the team could have a detrimental effect on our results.

Boycott smoycott

Get to the Vic and get behind the lads.

pj it is a wind up
in an earlier thread somebody suggested boycotting a game
lord seaton is 50 today and we are going to prague on monday for 4 days to get drunk and mourn the loss of youth so we would not have been there anyway which was mentioned herehttp://pooliebunker.co.uk/newbunker ... 573&hilit=

:uhoh:

I'd boycott any Pools game to go to Prague, one of my favourite cities in the world. Lovely women, nice beer, and an all round beautiful place.

It was better a few years ago like before it got too popular.

It was far cheaper for a start.
