Anyone got one of those turntables that covert good 'ole LP's to MP3 files, and would be willing to do a few albums for me, or point me in the right direction for a good cheap one !?!?!

Exactly what type of LP's would a turntable covert, Dead or Alive, You spin me right round, maybe or Kylie "Spinning Around" bbolt I'll get me coat

Anyway, I've seen lots of them advertised in the Sunday Rags but not sure if they're cheap or not.

Can't help meself as all of my tunes are on cd grandad!!

What you want is a USB turntable (or someone who has one). This is the cheapest I've seen.

all u need is a male to male headphone jack lead and plug it into your old stereo system's headphone jack and into the LINE IN port on the back (or front in some cases) of your pc, and use sound recorder or a similar program to record the song to your pc, a cheap and easy alternative and probably around £95 cheaper as the lead may cost u a fiver...thats all i used to do
