went to this 'battle of the bands' thing at the studio last night. and for one of the bands, there were bloody loads of people from trimdon all down the front going nuts. there was no-one even in the standing area for any of the other 3 bands. I wouldn't mind but they were the worst band there! and they got put through to the next round. oh yeah and they were idiots!

I can only assume this band have a lot of friends inTrimdon. maybe Trimdon's never had a band before so that's why they're all dead excited. fair play to them like there were loads there and they seemed pleasant enough. like I said though the band were crap and they came across as tossers. (no offence if it's anyone's son or owt)

Alan White was the drummer for Yes over several years, and he came from Fishburn. Apart from him, I'm struggling to think of any others from that neck of the woods.

Who was the band Nick ?
The only Trimdon band I know of are a 2 piece called "Jimi Trimmer & The Good Drugs" who are good.
