Of the 3 back pages of 'our' local paper this evening, two and a half were dedicated to a team that has absolutely no connection with the town. It's pretty hard not to get worked up about it when its shoved down your throat like this.

What are your thoughts on tonight's Sport section of the Mail, Frank?

To be fair to The Mail I was more than pleased that the back page headline was Pools related when it would have been so easy (but nauseating) so plaster the black and white shi'ite and Keegan all over.

The headline was about Pools but 90% of the content was about the Geordies.

I'd have sooner the headline been about KK, and the majority of content about the towns football club.
