But she can afford big time lawyers and he can't and that's what get's you nick or freedom, life security or struggle, fair or foul. Please don't try and convince me that these things aren't sorted out before even a wig is donned.

I had this very discussion at work this morning, we came to the same conclusion, those with money can afford the big shot lawyers.

The fancier the lawyer, the bigger the payout.

I saw it in the paper yesterday and said at work....

I wonder if the Families of people who've died from it have been compensated or even those 'normal' people who haven't died from it!!!!

The next story to come out SHOULD be Ms Ash saying she never went ahead with the case for financial gain and she will be donating the money to a nurses hardship fund.

It's not like she needs another five million is it?

I'm not at all suggesting she wasn't right to look for somebody to blame, but the pay out is obscene.

It was on the radio earlier about this and they sais something like 90% or so of people who catch these so called superbugs from hospital don't even go to court for any composation.

The reason given for the massive amount of money was that she was a 'famous actress who suffered a massive loss of earnings', I can't remember her being in anything since Men Behaving Badly which finished ages ago
