Apparently it's in Peterlee in a house were an a mother and son were killed in arson few years ago.

This photo is taken in the same rebuilt house It would take a pretty sick individual to doctor an imagine in those circumstances and I'm led to believe it's scared the living shit out of the people in the house.

pj, i work in Peterlee and unless i'm very much mistaken, the house on Basingstoke Rd where that happened has now been demolished and is just a grassy area.

This was a different incident were a mother and son died in a fire in that house.
