Sees the fixture Doncaster v Swansea, now if Swansea win their FA Cup replay that game will be called off so the FA Cup game can take place. So perhaps we can ask Doncaster if we can play our game on the 26th,


I just think as we both may have a free weekend that to play on a Saturday would be beneficial to both,we would have more supporters on the Saturday than the Tuesday and Doncaster will get more revenue.

So come on Pools if Swansea win their replay lets contact Doncaster and the Football League and play this game on the 26th

On a Tuesday night playing like we are we'd take 250-300. On a Saturday we'd take 500-600 so it'd definitely get them a few more bob.

It doesn't make too much difference to me but would save me taking an hours lieu time which I could use for something else.

When is the replay due to take place, if the request was put in the police would probably knock it back saying they haven't got the time to organise their resources

Next Tuesday. The bobbies shouldn't mind as it'll give them a good excuse to put more coppers out for the match. Their game against Swansea was supposed to be the Friday night though.

Sorry Tax good mate, but the Football League site says the Doncaster v Swansea match was down to be played on the Saturday,now unless there been a change us playing that day should make no difference as the police should have made provisions already for that game, meaning they should have no objections to a game being played anyway,as the overtime allocation for them will already be in place.
