I thought that it was just the maternity and childrens bit that was getting shut down and passed onto North Tees. Yet my brother has to go through to North Tees next Tuesday to get a hernia operation done, since when did they decide to move the day surgery bit as well sctatchinghead

What makes it worse is that when that my mam or dad will have to take him through and then go back to pick him up but they only live less than a 5 minute drive from our hospital

....are they trying to cut back your jobs with the report in the Mail about super routes or something... designed by people who've got an 'ology' in transport planning but never been on a bus in their life.

havent seen it when was it in the mail.
unlikely jobs will be cut as we have 4 new starters this month and they wouldnt go to the expense of training them up.
as far as i understand the super routes will mean no buses along the likes of arncliffe gardens marlowe road queen street as they will stick to main roads the current rumour is that we are being readied for a sell off.
