i think realistically we needed 2 wins against orient and leeds to put us in with a reralistic shot at the play-offs. while its not impossible for us to make a late charge, its looking increasingly unlikely.

however we cant get complacent about being secure in mid-table, because if we keep getting beat away from home there's every chance we could get sucked into a scrap at the bottom as happened under scotty. we had a shite december and january then and were never able to recover.

we have to travel to carlisle, northampton, oldham, and doncaster in the next 4 weeks. while those games dont look too tough on paper we certainly dont want to be dropping 3 points to the likes of oldham and northampton.

But remember....We haven't seen the best of Barker yet....he can't wait for the New Year to show us all what he can do....and Jan Budtz is gonna' be brilliant in 2/3 years time!!!! confised

BTW....No disrespect to Mr.Barker....his goal per game ratio is cushty.....but....but....but!!!! confised

And Mr.Budtz....err....surely the other fella....Barrat Homes....should be chomping at the bit....or mebe' the corners....or mebe the free-kicks etc etc!!!! confised
