Leeds - draw with last minute equaliser FROM US
Carlisle - lucky draw
Orient - lucky win

5 points thanks very much that'll do nicely.
24 games gone, 32 points chalked up, on course for a 61 point season.

Except that Mr Wilson is going to sign half the Arsenal team in January and we will win all our remaining games.
And he'd better because right now we are doing worse than in the Scotty season at the same stage.

Having seen the way we blitzed Orient earlier in the season, anything less than 3 points would be a sad show of how our season has demised.

We'll get 4, Losing to Leeds.

law of averages says we MUST get an away draw soon. However the same law means Carlisle are overdue a win against Pools!!!! I'd still go for the draw in that one.
Leeds will scrawn a win here, our luck is directly inversely proportionate to theirs - and theirs isn't of the bad variety.
I think we'll beat Orient here, as we always seem to do so anyway. I don't think they're much better than Pools in terms of ability (in fact I think we are superior in terms of ability) - but they play with great team spirit. If we match that, we'll beat them.
Four points from nine = 31 points at the halfway stage - and we've already got the really hard away games out of the way by then.
Problem being all away games seem hard to us at the moment!!!

i would be happy with a point and probably all we will get
leeds are always going to score late they all ways do and can someone tell me when it was we last performed in front of a full house?
Another big crowd at Carlisle would expect the same
if we get a point at all i would think a scrappy one from Orient
we have to be realistic and just hope for survival as we have no consistancy home or away
and as you all know christmas period is the make or break time
i would say we are good enough but far from playing any thing like our best form and that is the worry for me

I believe we will lose all three.

I believe in the players ability, but not their heart.

i agree, the players are underachieving. hopefully a win against Dirty Leeds will galvonise everyone although I expect us to get stuffed......

I'd expect three points from this lot.... a draw in each case, but in the end it depends on which Pools team turn up on the day......the 'wanna win' one or the....... 'I really can't be arsed' one. sctatchinghead

Porter could solve that if fit.
Brown could solve that if fit.
Clark will make us more solid if fit.

Wilson said he is not ready yet and has only done two days light training. He had no other defenders to cover if anything bad happened so stuck him on the bench.
