You are welcome to the points saturday. Its another game I couldnt give a stuff about. Players shouldnt even be playing at the moment, they are emotionally totally shattered.

I predict 0-3 Hartlepool whether that is 90 minutes or match abandoned.
Good sources in the club saying that we still only have until 5pm tommorow to settle £900k.

Id say almost all fans had lost patience. We were planning whistles in the crowd, throwing on balls and pitch invasions for the game. I still think you will be playing a shell of a club on saturday.

That message on the back of the away shirt is FRAUD!!

It should be taken off until further notice.

I've just had a look at our fixtures in January. Four out of five are away from home. Our next two before that are agaist promotion chasing teams.
I'm very concerned right now that come February we will be no more than a point or two outside the bottom four. Then the stress of the situation will start to affect everyone at the club.
A quality central defender needs signing in January, then Nelson, Clark and Antwi should be left to fight it out for the other spot.
A quality left back too - then we should have turned the situation into our favour for the rest of the season. If we sit on our hands and do nothing with the back four, then we will struggle. Away from home we are conceding two goals week in week out - not good enough to say the least - and is in all honesty relegation form.
The team simply cannot keep putting itself under pressure to win at home, simply because it has the spine of a jellyfish in away games. I don't believe it's an issue of ability in most cases. These players either need to grow a backbone, or play for someone else!!!

It's too cushy for Pools players at the moment, especially away from home

Years ago, I could accept us getting beaten away from home; we had crap players, crap managers, and didn’t have a pot to piss in
I imagine the players left for Swindon before today, stayed in a nice hotel, with nice food and a decent night’s kip, years ago this didn’t happen

They really need to get a grip and start to play how they can away from home

Maybe we are just a mediocre middle of the table team, buta team without fight will soon find itself slipping from that cushty mid table position.
We cant rely on beating shite like crewe every week, I've not seen aworse team than crewe and if we cant get something from a team as demoralised as swindon have been lately I really beleive a relegation scrap is not too far away.

Thing is, will we have the fight for it then!

well we certainly didn't two years ago. One or two players still at the club were found wanting back then, I wouldn't like to think I was relying on some of those same players again.

We've only got Nolan for another month, I reckon we need 2 full-backs for starters.

We should have 'Always Surrender' on the away shirts this season!

I make it two fullbacks, a centre back and a goal keeper to sort the defence out.
Clark for the other centreback spot and McCunnie back at right back would not go amiss

Then we need an attacking mid fielder, and a goalscorer.

Oh and a manager

We won't go down I reckon, but we'll have a scare - no doubt.
