ingredients
1 green chilli, 4-6 fresh tomato's, garlic, chilli powder to taste, touch of stock, 2-3 eggs
chop chilli, toms, garlic and fry gently in olive oil until the toms start to collapse, add chilli powder if you are hard, beat the eggs with a little milk and add, lower the heat add touch of stock and cook until eggs are setting but still runny

When it looks a bit like sick without the carrots lash on a plate and serve with crusty bread

Works for my hangovers :sweeeet:

Wimps..... some of us are running a cross country at Blaydon early this afternoon, mud mud glorious mud!
(It's the standing around at the start in the cold, wet and wind that is the bugger)

Then even more cold wet and wind, watching Sarah, Jason and David switch on the lights at Durham...
...errr I mean watching Pools v AFCB at The Vic
