Their tins of Chili Con carne are the dogs B*ll*cks . . . . . Well not literally. . . . . I hope!

Also, must agree about the Percy Pigs!

When Michael Marks, a Russian born Polish refugee landed in Great Britain in the 1880's it was in the port of Hartlepool. Just thought I'd share that with you.

You might want to chuck those Percy Pigs - They're 3 and a half years out of date.

On second thoughts send them down to me, I'll get rid of them for you!

I'd love to see that in the Daily Mail.... right next to a letter along the lines of "How dare the government let all these lazy Poles come and take all of our British jobs! I was disgusted to discover that they're opening their own food shops now - not that I'd ever go in one, I'm sticking to good old British M&S! Signed Brigadier Jones (Mrs), Salisbury Plain."

I was surprised this week to discover M&S are doing motorway services now.

It's wrong, all wrong. Marks and Sparks without pullovers - what next?

Er... after just spending 4 days in the UK it seems to me that EVERYONE selling food (or at least those who have some claim to speaking English natively) attaches a poncy description to it.
They don't all sell over the odds though it's true.
