the tide is only supposed to be a 5 metre one so less of a threat

amateur forecaster Piers corbyn predicted this last tuesday
he said it would hit scotland thursday and down the north east coast friday
he predicted a second one for saturday the 24 november hitting the west country and southern england
the met office were sceptical
better tell sarf to collect his deck chairs in

I liked the comment from a lady expert on 'climate change', on the BBC News this morning ...she said that with the onset of climate change,.... the winter weather could get a bit wild... :roll: I KNOW THAT, THAT'S WHY WE AVOID BARBECUES AND SITTING ON THE LAWN WITH A BOOK IN THE DECKCHAIR IN FOOKING JANUARY .....I believe it's called the ...'winter'...it's like that!...... :roll:

panic over i saw two marine engineers this morning
at the bottom of the slope on the north side of the heugh
they had a shovel and a brush so we are safe now
