Can anybody recommend a decent place get a new exhaust fitted to my car, I've already bought it (from ebay!), just need a nice place (in town) to fit it for me.

A lot of places won't fit stuff unless you buy it there.

But a lot of taxi drivers fit their own stuff like that, so if you ring somewhere like Hudsons then one of them might do it for you as a cash job.
