Does anyone else have a t-shirt they only ever wear to the barbers?

I get a number one round the back and sides, which means loads of prickly little swine hairs working their way into the collar of whatever I'm wearing. Even when put through the washer they still don't all come out.

So I have one dedicated t-shirt that I wear every time I go. They probably think I'm a right scruffy get!

I pay a fiver and give a quid tip, although it only takes them 5 minutes.

The lass who does it said to me once 'It's always nice to see you come in. Not cos I like you, its cos you have an easy style to cut.'

As a youth I used to drink in the Belle Vue Club on Friday afternoons. There used to be an old gadgie come round doing haircuts for something ridiculously cheap like 80p.

There was an electric shaver point on the wall for his clippers, which I think they did away with when the club was refurbished.

I've never heard of anything like this before.

When i go to Saks the young ladies tend to take great care both whilst washing and coditioning my hair as well as styling and cutting so I tend not to get covered in hairs. Maybe the probem you have is exclusive only to those who get a bone cut......

Do you have a man-bag as well Jonny?

ALL men should have a haircut, not a 'hairstyle'

Believe me Jonny, I'm not, but any fella who pays, say more then £10 for a haircut, is wasting money, in my opinion anyway

If you pay less than a tenner you get a shit haircut usually, which is why I go to someone tried and trusted. I can also get advice on the style and on what products you should use to get the best look.

If i was just getting a bone cut i would probably get my mother to do it. Plus I probably don't spend that much more than most blokes on haircuts due to the frequency of when I get my hair done......

Do you though Jonny, I pay £10 in Leeds and it looks like what it is, a decent haircut, because if barbers (note: not hairdressers) are shite, they tend to go out of business fairly quickly!

Well you can take the risk, no doubt you can get a good hairdo for a tenner but I've had loads of bad ones at that price. The last place in Hartlepool to do a decent job for a low price (11quid) was that place that was between Abbey and Coral on York Road, but it has been shut for ages......

I bet you've had highlights done too.

And wear pink.

A salon for a haircut? stpid

At their prices I'd want them to have their kit off and be offering extras on the house.

I have had highlights before but i am not really keen on them, they don't look right, possibly because my hair is natrually dark brown.

As for wearing pink, I own several pink shirts, seriously what is wrong with that?

I bet you have a standard short back and sides Mr Ripper, that is unless you are either bauld, going bauld or have strawberry blond hair that looks a bit shit when anything imaginative is done to it.

Take no notice, Jonny. Mr Ripper is a very dodgy individual who criticises everyone who differs from himself.

Erm...would you like to act as model for my new salon?
