To be honest Mutley, she never said anything of the sort. Im off work sick at the moment and saw the interview live, the papers have completely misquoted her. Its naive to believe everything you read, its not just the Hpool Mail that gets everything wrong. I supsect legal proceedings will result.

Not seen the interview - wouldnt waste my time - but read about it in the paper and knew she'd get a pasting everywhere.
Cant say I know loads about her as I'm not interested but her point is valid. The papers, or at least a good deal of them, are often out of order, well out of order.They dont just report news, they create it, often at the expense of individuals they take umbrage with. They have gone for loads of people and she is just one of them. Beatles wives always get a good slagging, whether they deserve it or not. If you're famous then it doesnt mean you should be fair game to be shot down and ridiculed. Personally I hope she wins.
