I have no time for Gordon Taylor. I appreciate that the man has a specific job to do but how can you possibly justify sitcking up for the likes of Cantona when he did that kung-fu kick or Roy Keane when he deliberately tried to end Alf Inge Haalands career.That sort of shit needs addressing, not their wages (which they get way too much of anyway)

I had to laugh last week when a certain Premiership player was on a TV programme that involved him having to use a bike... nothing special justa bog standard bike on a bog standard ride... he said he was 'exhausted' afterwards ... hang about, aren't they supposed to be fit, hard training professional athletes....?

If you think Premiership players are paid more than they're worth don't buy Sky and don't go to Premiership games.

I have to agree on Gordon Taylor, OK as Union Chief he has to support his members but the way he does it (frequently refusing to admit that any player may have ever done anything out of order when interviewed) does him few favours. It's noticable that whenever he's on 5 Live, there's inevitably a lot of texts flowing into them shortly after attacking the way he's put the players point of view. I don't like him at all.

Compare this to Graham Kelly, who (having read his book Sweet FA) I have really warmed to in recent years as someone that's actually interested in the game at every level and a decent bloke....
