The game will be played on Sunday 11th November KO 2PM.

I wonder if they might televise it ?

Moving FA Cup games from 3pm Saturday annoys the hell out of me. rage

They should reduce the ticket prices for fking about with the kick off time, but you can bet that they won't. :evil:

Club (us) said a Saturday ko would be unlikely because Forest are playing away at Lincoln (same police force as for Gainsborough) - like Millwall on Sat, not enough police to cover two big events at the same time.

It's not the fault of the police at the matchs, its their gaffers who won't let them work "hard".
The same would happen if Boro and Hartlepool had to play home matches on the same day as far as i'm aware.

I don't care- I'm not happy about it.

I look forward to the FA Cup, it's still one of the highlights of the season for me regardless of who we're playing, so fking about with kick off days and times pisses me off whatever reason they come up with for trying to justify it.

Great! Well that's me and me daughter not going then. She's down from Manchester and going back to her Mam's on...Sunday. She was really looking forward to that game an all.

Also it seems to be impossible to get there on the train from London in time for kick off on Sunday.

I think i am one of a few who are pleased the game is now on sunday. I can now make it to the game ! :grin:

Although i do agree with comments made F.A Cup should be saturday 3 oclock and the pigs should not be able to influence ties as much as they do.

Why can't they move the Lincoln v Forest game instead, especially if they are expecting bother there make it a noon kick off on the SUnday for them, less time in the pub et etc

I was told that Poolsworld are not allowed to cover FA Cup matches but you can get coverage from the FA's own website.

Get the train from kings cross to Retford, gainsborough is about 10 mins car/bus from Retford, or you can get a train from Retford to gainsborough

It's on Gainsborough's official website, so it must be true, if it isn't then they are stupid for putting it on there when it's still up in the air BUT Pools have said that is unlikely the game will be played on the Saturday because of the Lincoln v Forest game.

I was present at the Orient and like to think it was my encouraging words yelled in the direction of the pitch during the warmup that was directly responsible for the result.

Needless to say i'll be at Millwall (15 deg c - light coat should suffice) and speaking in my best mockney outside the ground to avoid a kicking.
