I hope that Groovy's solicitor will ash all the right questions when the Council bloke's in the dock.
Tobacco out of this now wouldn't be right.
In other countries they would have gone straight to the Embassy. It shouldn't have been made Regal for them to try to fine people for this. They will make a King Size arse of themselves if they lose.

It has been decided that nobody wants to see anyone in court for something they didnt do so the matter is closed.
I appreciate all the help & support Ive had from you all through this,Im just pleased that honesty has proved to be the best policy in this case.
As the matter is now closed can we also let this thread close please.
