According to BBC - Bristol Rovers hoping to sign him on loan with view to permanent move as his loan spell with pools ends on Thursday

Don't think many would be too upset by this!

I don't mind him as a defender, it's just his distribution. It staggers me that a professional footballer can not pass a ball.

He's got the potential there to be a good signing but I feel the majority are too impatient and are already on his back.

If he leaves Thursday, McCunnie is out Saturday, I hope he brings Micky Barron in and doesn't tinker with Antwi back in.

I don't have a problem with Coles, in fact with more games under his belt I think he could be a pretty good addition to our squad.

What I do have a problem with is bringing him on loan has seen Jamie McCunnie moved first to the bench, then to central midfield. I thought McCunnie was our best player this season until we started messing about with him.

I think a lot of people thought he could do a job in midfield after his little cameo at Leeds. However they all played better than normal in that game.

that's too strong for me and OTT. There have been worse performers than him the last few games. It could be argued the defence has looked stronger with him there (admittedly it has coincided with Clarky's return)

There doesn't have to be a scapegoat!!!!!

I reckon Coles would be a cracking central defensive partner for Ben Clark.
