Difficult this week.

ALB or Budtz, I suspect that ALB might get the nod.
Defence, Humphreys looked culpable for Forest's second goal and Elliot apparently did well the other night so Elliott might well get the shirt.
Porter has to be in surely! But what to do with Brown and Moore. Surely after 2 in 2 Barker retains his place?
Antwi and Nelson doesn't work and the injury might give Wilson an excuse to drop Antwi.
I'll go:

ALB
Mccunnie, Clark, Nelson, Elliot
Brown-Liddle-Boland-Monkhouse
Porter-Barker

Bench

Moore
Sweeney
MacKay
Humphreys
Foley

Elliot did nothing on Tuesday to convince me he deserves to play over Richie.

If I was the manager...

------------ALB--------------
Mccunnie--Clark--Nelson--Humphreys
Brown-Liddle-Boland-Monkhouse
-------Porter-Moore-----------

Possibly with Moore on the wing swapping with Browny at time.
Bench
_________
Barker
Sweeney
MacKay
Coles
Foley

But I have a feeling the team will be:
----------------Butdz--------------
Mccunnie--Antwi/Coles--Nelson--Elliot
---Brown-Liddle-Boland-Monkhouse---
-----------Barker-Moore-------------

I would go for Porter & Brown too, I just don't think Wilson will.

Well I reckon...

I'd pick...

Lee-Barrett
McCunnie-Nelson-Clark-Humphreys
Moore-Boland-Liddle-Monkhouse
Porter-Brown

and that DW will pick...

Budtz
Coles-Nelson-Antwi-Elliott
Brown-Boland-Liddle-Monkhouse
Barker-Moore

Barring injuries like.

DW needs to be careful, the likes of Porter and Clark are coming off the bench and doing a fine job while newly signed others are getting picked despite poor performances. It goes against everything he has previously stated about competition for places. Morale is a fragile thing and those two are likely to start getting a bit upset soon.

They'll both play tomorrow night.

Back page of the Mail says that Antwi has a slight injury so that makes way for Clark I guess

He picked up a semi serious knock on Tuesday with about 15 mins to go after we had made all 3 subs though hobbled back on.

The general consensus among the travelling hoardes was that they'd like to see him injured for Fridays game.

Not nice, but it does highlight how agonising it is for fans to see the current centre half partnership.

Brownie has looked great upfront but found out on the wing. Conclusion- upfront

Moore- much more dangerous outwide. Conclusion- upfront.

You don't drop a player after a performance like Tuesday. Conclusion- up front.

Barker; hasn't performed all season. Even if he has scored twice in the last two games, he hasn't been good enough otherwise. Conclusion- bench.

Piece of pish!

Surely not, though it wouldn't surprise me.

The thing with Barker out of the XI, you might as well take him out of the whole 16 as Mackay and Foley provide ample ammunition as subs.

Just get Keegan in as manager, he'd play all the forwards.
