Made 9 (NINE) changes for their walk in the park at the Reynolds arena. That's got to be a fine for not sticking to the crazy JPT rules hasn't it?

Good to see they've learnt their lessons and are now on the road to sound financial management.

What did we get last year? 20k and something suspended fine.

I think you have a valid point. If the FA took action against Pools well can we look forward to another punihsment for Leeds. When will they ever learn.

just had a look and it would appear Denis the Menace is not as cabbge looking as first appears. Seeing as he has just had clearance to play De Costa he named him as a sub in a couple of games. However Richardson, Heath, Clapham at the heart of the defence will all be identified as regular first team members - so thats 3. Captain Thompson also is considered a first team player and Westlake and De Vries make up the minimum of SIX.
It was a full debut for the keeper Lucas and Huntington (but he has been on the bench at least 4 times for the first team). It was Andrews second start.
Like it or not They had the minimum requirements.

I've admittedly done no background research on this, but if subs are okay, why couldn't we have started with porter and had barker on the bench, porter has been on our bench loads of times this season.

I'm not jealous, I admit to watching leeds very closely this season. I'm very interested in the methods they are employing. I take my hat off to them and their fans, a couple got a bit arsey when they had the 15 points taken, but the rest have taken it in their stride and backed their club with excellent support against whomever they have played.

I'm very impressed with them, but I would have thought they'd be looking to keep their noses clean, they appear to be doing the opposite, but that might be what is helping keep the winning mentality going. But how long will it be effective for?

The FA/JPT are hardly going to fine them are they?

If they did get fined, they'd use spin on it and make out that the FA were picking on them to further motivate their players. So a fine might give them some more fuel to keep their rocket going for a little longer...
