Highlights from Yesterday.

Renamed in memory of John Hawksworth, a stalwart member who passed this day 2nd August 2020. RIP Mr Monkeybutt.

Sadly we must add the name of Kevin Minton, Aka Mr Ripper who passed 30/6/22. Kev was also Mr politically incorrect but a nicer lad you could never meet.

These so-called highlights are total rubbish. The ball is actually in play for less than half the running time. Look how much time is used up over the 2 penalties - it's like watching paint dry.

Saw some last week from the Yeovil game that were even worse. I seriously think DAZN has trained an AI programme to do all its NL highlights to save money. Even a 12 year old kid who liked and understood football would do a better job.

I had exactly the same thoughts about AI last week. Having watched the full game, the “highlights”, particularly as there were no goals, were just random clips including aimless long balls that went out for throw ins etc.

I think you are being kind in saying DAZN “trained” an AI programme, as it clearly wasn’t paying attention!

anyone who just watched those highlights will have thought what a load of crap that was if those were the best parts of the game.

The standard of Dazn coverage is not great . So £4,50 per match is about right
