look far too slow going fwd, the sideways ball back to the middle to Miley loses us all momentum

Also this 8 second rule for keeper is leading to a lot of hurried punts to nowhere in general---think thats something teams will get better on as they get used to it--def something that needs to be worked on in training in terms of a default approach

Not putting away poor teams, trying to sit on a one goal lead and giving away a late equaliser has been our failing in recent seasons. Let's hope we have changed and go for at least another goal.

Aside from the pen, 2 offsides (which is good defending) and a very last second shot straight at the keeper I don't remember them having much?

Nothing wrong with that. Good keeper , solid in defence , pace in the team, both wings reasonable , good work ethic , still lacking a bit of quality upfront . But a brand new team it’s expected. Well done pools
