make it 4 clubs in the town of a decent standard and have a championship of hartlepool pre season tournament where pools at least will have a semi final to play.

These clubs doing the things Pools should be doing, decent training facilities and revenue streams within the town itself, not renting or asking for favours of organisations based out of town such as at Durham or Blackhall etc.
