it's simple really we start at the begining of the month on the 1st or soon after, and end at the end of the month on this case september the 30th, as there is no more september in this year unless you have a time machine then you could go back and fiddle with the future, so that leeds lost and we were top of the league, but as that is not the case then i assume that you like us are stuck with the fact that september is nearly over and if you missed it tuff coz it's gone, well nearly gone it has not gone yet as it still has five days to go, well at the time of writing this maybe a little longer that 5, but not much more and by the time many of you read this there may be less than 5 especiallly if you read it tomorrow, but be assured as sure as eggs are eggs it will come back next year, unless that bush character leans on the button coz someone pisses him of but thats not a real problem as none of us will be here to know that september didn't arrive, but then again it will arrive even if we don't i suppose?..

hope that helps!

What about the southern hemisphere where September is in March and Midsummer's day is just before Christmas?

The mention of Dibble ruins your argument there Chip.

the most knowledgable people on this board are me, dibble, and mad john which is why we always rise to the top. like cream.

Hmmm now let me see. Back in the early-to-mid 2000s I seem to remember a certain Vick Park running a season long, country wide prediction competition for this very division on the 606 site.
And doing very well until getting pipped right at the post by one Mr J Caesar III.

I wonder who those two people could have been.
