In terms of asking price?

He's said he's basically done come season end--let's take him at his word.

Surely the value of the club only goes down from there?
Whether he's loaned the club a 1 quid, 10 quid or a million quid is moot, as that money has gone unless someone pays him back?

I suppose he could liquidate what is left and get some money back, but we don't really have anything of value--maybe some season ticket money (but who would buy one with no games guaranteed) and maybe some money from TV rights....but what else?

All he really has is the hope someone will pay him money for the club so it doesn't go under... so really a goodwill payment as it doesn't have any intrinsic value.
We go into admin and Raj loses pretty much everything as well.

What am I missing ?

That's what I said previously, if he puts us into Administration, he loses, liquidation maybe the sale of office computers, stationary and as you say T.V rights, which is minimal at best.

Maybe he's found a buyer and the sale has been going on in the background, but gagging order makes him say nothing, other than he's going in June.

Doesn't the council own the ground, so won't be able to get his hands on the metal?

We are tenants…..the ground is off limits.

I honestly think he has a buyer already lined up, and he's deliberately decided to keep a lid on it- that way he avoids any scrutiny or questions whilst keeping us all in the dark. After all he does love an NDA!

How much is Pools valued at, what debt do they have and do we still owe Sage money ?
HUFC is owned by Clarence 18 Singh being the sole director, Clarence 18 has debt which Singh will be servicing through income from the club which must be decreasing due to the fall in attendances. When he makes money available for players is it from his own pocket or through debting up Clarence 18 ?
Would a new owner not just buy Clarence 18 taking their debt over, Singh could walk away then but does he want money over and above that ?

I doubt there’s any money…it’s all a bit of a conundrum….I still don’t think this talk of going is finished yet.

Is there anything that says the Vic can be used for football only, if not you need to get that sorted with HBC asap, Scunthorpe’s Iron Trust are good people to ask, they got their ground classified as an asset of community value, the council bought it back from their previous owner.

you would have thought that would have happened years back if it has not already. just might be as we have had owners who would have been happy to make something out of the club with it going under given the chance.

I don't think you're missing anything. The club clearly isn't worth what he wants for it, otherwise it would've sold at any point since he put the club up for sale in 2023. I think it's fairly obvious he wants all of his money back, exactly the same as he did at Darlington, which isn't going to happen. I guess he's hoping someone will now agree to it seen as if they don't the club will go under so he's using the emotional leverage (if you want to call it that). Whether he follows through with his threat remains to be seen but he will get much less money back if the club goes into admin and even less if he liquidates the club.
It might just be a 'look no ones coming in so I'll be your saviour again and you can blame the trust for all the hassle I've caused you' or it could be him doing what he did to Darlington and being willing to lose the majority of the money he has tied up in the club to spite the 'non-genuine fans'. Any normal businessman who has wanted out for 2 years probably would've cut his losses and sold straight after relegation, recouping a decent chunk in the process, but I don't think Raj Singh can be described as a normal business man.
Either way if I truly cared for a community asset, like Pools, that I owned, I wouldn't be threatening it's existence because of some hurty words, or people saying I'm not doing a good job. There hasn't even been a protest against him, it's literally just some critical HUST statements and probably less than 50 fans on social media.

Singh puts Clarence 19 into admin he loses nothing, the assets of the club will be sold off for who ever the debt is owed to.

He loses the money Clarence 18 owes to Prestige Group. His day to day businesses won't be affected but the money he's lent the club through Clarence 18 will go, the value of this seems to be what he wants back for the club

Exactly all the debt is due to Prestige Group (Singh) to repay what he's (supposedly) put in.
Will he write it off and walk away?

I believe we do own some of the "fixtures and fittings", but four floodlights won't put much fuel in his private jet.

Would the stands and the hospitality suites not be part of the fixtures as they were built by previous owners ?

in an ideal world someone independant should come in and give a true value what a football club at our level is actually worth. if thats below his value then then he,ll have to lump it. nobody can blame the bloke for wanting as much as possible like we do when we sell something. however we have to be realistic in the end and have to take a hit sometimes.

I can’t see what leverage Singh has, the club has debts against one of his companies which he is a the sole director, it wouldn’t enhance his business reputation if he liquidated the company would it or is he too thick skin to worry about it ?

depends on how its looked at. there must have been thousands of football hans over the years who have wondered how the hell chairmen of football clubs became rich and succesful business men after making a right bollocks of running a football club with some into obscurity.
