Derwent has banned Mutley how many agree with his decision, he was inoffensive mostly tongue in cheek replies, he only locked horns with one other poster. I liked him as he had similar views to me. I have noticed a few PMs, has there been moves afoot to have him banned ?

I don't think Mutley shoud be banned but maybe a virtual shake of hands between him and Ozzy would do?

I honestly don't think either Mutley or Ozzy should be banned without first getting at least a warning. I would like to think a virtual hand shake would solve this problem as per Stocksfield_Poolie. I guess both are getting bored now with this nonsense but neither want to be seen to back down now. Hartlepool seems to have a lot of us STUBBORN people. : I noticed Mutley has offered Ozzy a truce to remove this situation. I personally think this would be the best way forward to resolve the issues. It's just my opinion

The answer isn't to ban the topic, it's fair and reasonable to expect considered debate about any subject. It's also just what people might be talking about at their workplaces, down the allotment, or in the pub. It's the people who cross the boundaries (as set by the mods) that need to be sanctioned.
As someone said, if you disagree with a thread then don't look at it or comment on it. Self control is reasonable to expect from adults isn't it?

Couldn't agree more. In the recent past we had quite a long thread about Gaza that got quite heated but remained civil. As I recall a certain individual was not involved. I think it is about behaving in good faith in other words dont post stuff you dont mean in order to deliberately nark the pitch. I admit I have been guilty of this in response to everybody's best mate because I decided to fight fire with fire but it is not something I normally do.

Yeah but some folks have godawful opinions. It's embarrassing for a publicly viewable forum strongly associated with HUFC.

Whoa there, you have constantly criticised every aspect of the club for years so that’s a bit rich…suddenly you care.
As for God awful opinion's….are you the judge of taste ….?
When did it happen?

Imagine that, a critical examination of HUFC on a forum.... about HUFC. Ive criticised it for years because it's been shite for years. Not a difficult code to crack.

A rennie? FFS, I need to reach for a revolver after reading shite on here but hey. I'm not really boshed, it's not me that's banned anyone.

Cyber Superfans don't critisize Pools.
Only critisize the doomies while we sink to new levels of lowness by the week.

The Loonies v Doomsters debate looks eternal under this destruction Ownership.

You can't liken saying pools are shite and politics anyway. It's too factual for politics.
