Love her or hate her?

I think it’s a great programme and some of the reactions from academics are hilarious. My missus on the other hand just doesn’t get it and thinks it’s just too silly for words.

Any fans / anti fans?

I am a big fan and got her book off Santa.
Some of her observations are sometimes strange but others side splitters.

I often wondered this myself

Quality - think a lot of her material is written by Charlie Brooker. Used to love his Screen Wipes- and Yearly reviews - was gutted when he stopped doing them.

Yeah funny as fuck Charlie Brooker. I never watched much though. Have to have a look on the dodgy stick.

Last week a watched a film called Funny Cow, about a fictitious female comedian who breaks through in 70s northern working men’s clubs.

It’s gritty and a bit bleak but Dianne Morgan (Philomena Cunk) has a cameo as the friend of our hero and she looks ever so fetching dressed up in her 70s evening wear. :romance-heart: :romance-heart:

Dianne Morgan, has starred in a few shows she is a excellent actor. It's great when playing Clunk the look on some of the faces of the people who she's interviewing.. I don't know how she remains so composed. Quality.
