Does anyone know what the two Aussie blokes are providing in terms of training/tactics/fitness/set pieces etc?

It's just that based on the last several games it looks an awful lot like sweet fuck all.

They can't transfer the mint YouTube training sessions to the pitch.
Next season is already wrote off.

We had no midfield of consequence with the defence constantly under the cosh…..what possessed Yoda to put out that line up is beyond understanding.
Dodds flatters to deceive and Mani seems to be in casual drive, his sharpness and speed in economy mode…but the choice to start with certain players who have failed to prove anything was even more baffling.
On a minor note, where were there fans in that three sided ground……..is their pitch an artificial surface by any chance, being in the middle of a sports complex of pitches.

Post match presser regurgitates much of the same from LL. What irks me is the shrugs shoulder mentality. He says games like last night won’t define our season - yet we’ve just thrown away Woking and Wealdstone games.

He looks seriously unconvincing in this latest interview when asked about the play offs. We have one of the most experienced teams in the division with quite a lot of players used to being part of successful teams, yet feels like a pretty uninspiring pools team. Reality definitely setting in that we are a work in progress as it stands.

I didnt even bother checking the score until this morning, what was the point? Beaten before we even got on the coach. Doesnt matter if barnet had won the last 99 games its barnet ffs, lets stop the embarassing play off comments for this season and try and somehow plan for next season, the managerial plan doesnt fill me with much confidence of things changing quickly, but they have 8 month to find quality national league players. Club has become a joke over last couple of years it needs to stop.

Why, thank you! Uranus - I ain’t got nowt to do with nor any sympathy for with pathetic excuse for a boardroom. However I also want nowt to do with contributors who - as others have mentioned - are ultra quick to criticise the team after every result, win lose or draw whilst being very slow or not bothering to praise anything positive emanating from the club. Most of the fan base are unhappy and of course they are not the reason behind this sordid season but most of us are realists who don’t illogically expect Pools to turn over the top NL sides simply because we ‘attract’ 3.5k attendances and once enjoyed being a reasonably successful L1 club - twenty years back.

since the live streaming of games started last nights game was the first time i have never bothered. could imagine the rallying cry from the dressing room. just keep the score down lads as they are top of the league. possibly ebbsfleet might have given them a harder game and even under sarll we might have lost but they knew it woul not be easy until we had someone sent off. its become a must win game on saturday with a gutsy performance to back it up. not for that stupid play off push but to keep fans on side just so they,ll turn up at the vic. every fan counts for us unlike our opponents who succeed without them.

true but fans expect the side to put a shift in and not play walking football to attempt to beat 10 man woking or go down to barnet either without a whimper. no matter who we play at the vic other teams attitudes seem far superior to ours if they are up against it. never say die has become a joke.

Well you can take me off the list of contributors who are ultra quick to criticise. I have kept the faith and hope all season until January despite being shot down by many others but now I no longer believe a word coming out of the club. I have said from the start we will make the playoffs minimum but it's becoming obvious now I was indeed deluded as KPG & Mutley rightly said and they were totally correct because was blinded by the bullshit club. So if I am on your list kindly remove me there's a good man.

Can I also point out you criticised the players after the Woking game so it's a bit like " pot calling the kettle black".

I wasn’t referring to posts submitted last night, I was making reference to a couple of such posts made over recent weeks, not necessarily in response to you but certainly in response to similar regular unnecessary rantings. And no I’m not going to trawl back, I have much better things to do.

I never asked you to trawl back sctatchinghead It came across as if you had just read these posts on the night or maybe I misread it. So basically all those Including myself who posted last night had a different opinion to yours ...what does that tell you
