They are a part time outfit who have won 5 league games all season—they were a fucking awful team but still made us look 2nd best in the second half

We have lost 3 of our fwd line to long term injury and we ain’t replacing them, so it’s hoof ball to mani d and Madine while charman runs head down to nowhere and any counter attacks we have end with us turning backwards as we are too slow to run past anyone…..there is no polishing this turd

Non stop waffle of a fair result.

DC would of said its a shit result and the players have lost their time off.
Back on the training ground Sunday.

And there lays a Megga gulf between these 2 managers.
One with disciplined ambition levels.

And one who non stop excuse wordage to carry on burgling a wage out of the game.

Beyond me how any 77 year old gadge who won't be skint Dosent do what a normal person does and enjoy Retirement.

DC seen a sinking ship and swam to the safety of Stockport County.
The best decision of his life.

He will look back when he's a Premier League manager and worship Radgy for trying to get him to continue on the cheap n nasty.

Karma hey it does happen.

Only 2 weeks away from Spring and the daffodil bulbs will be flowering with the snowdrops.

I Luv the end of winter me like and the beer garden season starts soon and the Premier League darts.

its because they are a traditional non league outfit with a small ground and a smaller number of fans than us. if they were halifax or southend more would have been happy with the point. i,m convinced that at the back of some fans minds we are still a league club just on hire to our present level. we are playing these type of teams on merit or lack of in our case. as for comments on sitting onto a lead. i,d guess if it was at the vic and they,d have scored first they would have done exactly the same as we have seen numerous times before.

They’re not.
But we could have the game down up if we’d shown more ambition in the 2nd,rather than try & hang onto a one goal lead, which rarely happens.

They are 4th bottom of the national league. We should be beating them, no matter if we think were still a league 1 team we should be going to these teams and beating them and at times beating them well. Should be zero excuses, we failed yet again, quite a few were making excuses after the ebbsfleet loss, have they even won a game yet? What next excuses as to why we cant beat the stocktons of this world how low do we need to go before we start thinking drawing and losing against these teams simply is not acceptable.

Lets be honest yesterday was crap it was just kick and hope it was back to sarll.
Tactics can anyone tell me that dodds and fergie could not do what lua and charmin did the whole game in fact it was fergie who set up the goal.
They say we need pace in the team or is it because we sit that deep even usain bolt carnt cover the ground needed.
Whether you like it or not there is only nicky who can pass the ball so play him in a number 10 in a 352 and get manny o back at least he can run.

Mancini for his bits of skill at part time moments is unfortunately not the answer to Promotion.
Crazy decision if he's kept on.

As for Grey which Bellend forced him to play through that type of injury.
Hopefully he has a cameo last month to the season and gets a move to a proper run club in the EFL.

MannyD has gone on strike the lazy bastad.

Need some local whizz kid to partner Mads next season.

Hopefully Sing steps down and let's the club do a swift resurrection to where we should be

It ain't looking good as it stands today.

The fairytale of Promotion is dead.

But don't rule out Mads getting an offer from the EFL.
Still a class act and getting fitter in time.

Apart from that everything at Pools is all sweet.

I was told in November that Joe needed a operation so the lad has done extremely well to keep playing.

Was thinking about it the other day…been a supporter iver 40 years….i think when we go down to the regional leagues in next couple of years that will be it for me, I am finding it increasingly nonsensical that I care about how we do when those running the show clearly don’t seem to give a shit.

I remember us being shite, but it felt like then people actually cared , the way the entire club just shrugs its shoulders after garbage results is sickening…maybe I will feel differently as football is an emotional game but am close to being done with this…why am I giving up time just to be pissed off and wind myself up ?

Obviously looking after himself and making sure he’s fit for when his contract is up and is looking for options …. Perfectly logical and don’t blame him in the slightest, I’ll be surprised if he plays for us again tbh

With the contract situations.
Then we have no saleable players anymore.

Will be the usual shit like offering the likes of Fergy n Fevs type players pay cuts to stay knowing fullwell no other clubs will want them.

Looks like we in a relegation battle from game 1 next season.

Arrive the do gooders to tell me I'm a shit fan.
Well I am nowadays and don't give a monkeys Fcuk what any troll thinks.

Unfortunately I agree with you KPG not unless Singh sells the club and there is a large investment for new playing staff.

spot on i,m afraid. plus the crap that someone at the top will come out with if we finish above last seasons 12th finish and will spin it as an improvement and a small step to improvement next season which so many will buy into. we dropped 2 points on saturday for me and i,m more annoyed by the tactics used than if they had won by picking us off on breakaways by going for our second goal.

From MadJohn...

"I'll need to check this properly but I reckon that, at 31.2 years, it's the oldest starting eleven that Pools have put out since WW2, beating a match at Chester from 1947. Dates of birth are not so readily available for pre-war players, but I think Saturday's lineup was our oldest for at least 80 years / 4000+ matches".

That's mental!!!

but they,d have more in common with their manager than a load of kids would have. did they have a whist drive on the coach and a few games of bingo with the meat raffle at the end.

Thankfully it was in last night's game, another unwanted record we are already part of.

I see the Wealdstone manager Matt Taylor has left today to take up the role at Solihull Moors.

Great another meandering interview before we play them where Lennie flashes a vacant smile while mentioning he gave Taylor his debut back in the day before floodlights were a thing....
