Well if that was the most offensive thing he's ever heard and the word shirtlifter makes him cry................ banghead thrilled.

I'm not being homophobic but that bloke is a complete twat and definitely played the PC card. Irrespective of whether he's straight or gay he's a twat.

Edit: Just sent Jim a supportive text. 'You should have decked him on the way out'

Gotta agree. They will have wanted Jim on the programme for a reason, he was bound to conflict with such a mincer.

Yesterday was pretty cringeworthy stuff tbh but most of it was down to the gay getting so worked up while Jim Davidson stayed pretty calm.

I dont normally watch such stuff but I could not switch it off yesterday.

Thats as maybe Phil but there's another side; apart from his huge amount of other fundraising I've personally seen him put his hand in his pocket and pull out £50'000 to pay for a group of traumatised lads to travel to the other side of the world to help get their heads straight after they were knocked back for lottery funding. This was done anonymously without the bells and whistles of a cookery programme.

Not being perfect myself I can forgive him his regular faux pas.

It was partly the television that drove me out of England......

The day on daytime morning teletorture that the resident doctor said you shouldn't let your children lick the Christmas cake bowl because it's got raw egg in it...... sctatchinghead sctatchinghead sctatchinghead

The stupid complacent clever bitch.

British television is a very shallow barrel with a very large, much scraped bottom. Much like the doctor in question. The surgery queues were stretching down the street and she was in the television studio on 500 quid an hour. We were paying for that...... sadx sadx

Jim Davidson's an absolute twat. He's racist and homophobic, and the way he went on in Hell's Kitchen was ridiculous. He seemingly blamed everything on Brian - don't get me wrong, I don't really like him either - but even when he threatened to leave it seemed like he only did it to get Marco to massage his ego and get him to stay.

The guy picked on the camp bloke for no reason other than that he didn't like him. He's always been unfunny - even Virgo took the limelight away from him on Big Break. I read this story on a website recently though, I think it's classic:

Someone who attended the
filming of his Christmas show about 20 years
ago, at Germany airbase RAF Gutersloh, recounts
the experience:

"Davidson spent a few days at the base doing
military things, like driving a tank, shooting
at the rifle range. Then he did his stand-up
show for us. Staff had brought their kids with
them, as it was billed as a family special, but
it was rather blue. People were *not* pleased.

"The next day Davidson had one more task to
do for the TV show - fly in a Harrier. The
pilots got their own back with 45 minutes of
aerobatics. Davidson vomited all over
himself, and lost control of his bowels. He
was in such a mess that ground crew refused to
help him from the aircraft. His production team
had to sort him out, plus clean the cockpit. We
had to replace the parachute and part of the
ejection seat, but it was worth it."

I know who I would rather stand with in a pub

racist and homophobic...

easiest cards to play

and of course no answer because when he tries to justify his actions... he becomes racist and homophobic again...

Maybe he is

maybe he just didn't like the tw@t ( is that fishist?)

of course we base our judgements on clever editing and the press

You take the moral high ground if you wish

I look at it as telly

And I thought he was ok and brian was a limp wristed little to$$er who did nothing but stir the shyte

That of course makes me homophobic by the very nature of your argument, however, my mates Christopher and Harold  both agree that the camp is more of an act for telly

Its telly

Steady on

I'd rather stand with him in a pub too so I could laugh at how shit a bloke he is

He has a right to be either technically

And Brian is a tool but Davidson's arguments were ridiculous

Regardless of editing and press

Still makes him a bigoted 'lovely lovely person'

Always has been

He needed Hell's Kitchen for his career which for the last 6 years has been pantos (is that pantomime horseist?)

I can't stand camp people it's the equivalent of straight people going "fucking hell i love fucking women"

I see it as Davidson hating anyone who isn't himself

The very nature of your argument has made me drop a line every time I knock out half a sentence

Did you hear that twat last night?

They were preparing a pheasant so they plucked it and gutted it. When they had to stick their finger up the pheasant's arse he said 'ooh I've done that before' in his poor man's John Inman camp for effect.

If Jim had have said 'you've done that before' he would have been homophobic. If Jim had had said 'I've done that to a bird before' he would have been sexist. but because the pantomine poof did it its fine.

I'm not being anti homosexual, I'm just being very anti that particular homosexual. I'd pay good money to give him a kicking.

Ive just remembered a reason to hate Jim Davidson properly.
Years ago he was on telly & he said
Quote:
A little boy was saying his prayers & said "Dear God,when will Hartlepool be in the 1st division?" God said"Ill be dead by then"

rage

As I say, a lot of gay people feel the need to play it up as if it's their only personality trait.

Still, Davidson's a 'lovely lovely person' too

These programmes have more in common with a panto...

Well I'm with Paddy and Mr I on this one.

The telly, especially the BBC, is too far up the arses of the bummers nowadays that practically every show has to have a token faggot regardless of their lack of talent.
