Remember it’s a yes or no. No need to give reasons if your undecided or think he needs more time it goes down as a no. It’s ok if that’s your view.

Yes - 100%

The bloke is a loon, dropping our 3 best players in ManiD, Grey and Mancini and then having another pop about them as substitutes, beggars belief.

Come on Raj, swing your axe, before the season becomes another complete write off

A Manager who does not rate Mani D, Mancini, and Joel Grey, does not deserve to manage this club

i cartainly would not take a little kid with me next saturday if he is still with us and we get another rochdale to suffer. something like those oldham protests we saw at their place a few years back is whats needed. its not as if fans are even split on him.

It’s a no-brainer, 100% YES - but I wouldn’t stop there. Raj needs to chase the posse of hangers on ie Lawrence, Moore, Pallister etc - anyone who is currently stealing a wage or even providing advice FOC . Just pay the going rate for a proper football manager and an assistant.

could end up having a gate thats matched by the number of stewards and police there is in attendance. if anyone seriously has a pop at him verbally or physically it will be the case of fans not seeing or hearing anything.

A yes for me but for the life of me I can't understand why it's being so long drawn out. If it were just results that was the problem perhaps they could be reversed but the problems go much deeper than that

could be he is only surviving because of all the sackings of the past that has made the managers job at pools even more unpopular for anybody thinking of taking it on. keep coming on here every morning expecting to see him gone.

Even odder is the fact that all previous managers went quicker than a KGB snatch squad, no messing about , Goodnight Vienna, gone!
But Darren leads a sheltered life, untroubled, still speculating and spouting his philosophy of the game and tactics akin to the Italians in WW 2….. calamitous.

i think there is much better options to us - now we have an actual team assembled which lets be honest is half decent on paper. Someone who knows what they are doing - can find a formation with those players that work we really could still be in with a push for a play off place. Stranger things have happened in this division. I still think we need cover for LB and a pacey CB too. Also we are down a CM again and im not convinced by this Robinson kid so another perm signing with some experience at this level would be good. Still alot of good lads on the free transfer list i see too aswell

The club seems to be heading in only one direction with this clown so would giving it to feathers on i a caretaker basis be a gamble because the way l see it result or performance wise it can't get much worse.

Well I heard something yesterday from someone who does get things right more often than not. He said Raj Sarll & Mr. Burns had a meeting at the training ground after the Rochdale game and Sarll said I know things are not working out I just need a little more time to turn things around. He told them a few players are not giving him 100% and are sulking because they prefer a different approach in games but he will deal with that immediately. He was given until the F.A.Cup game to gets things sorted after promising 2 home wins. If he fails he goes sctatchinghead Don't shot the messenger.

Whilst prospective managers won’t lining up at the door there will be a few unemployed ex managers or others who want to get in management wanting the job.
What have the ex mangers got to lose if they are currently unemployed?

taking up a job that might finish them for life as a football manager or at best drop down a few leagues just to resurrect their careers.

Yes, out before he does any more damage.

2 interviews in the Fail yesterday with Adam Campbell - one full of praise for the way his old club Crawley try to play ("very much about getting the ball down, playing football and outsmarting opponents through the tactical side of things") and the other about his struggle to adapt to Sarllball (just try not to get beat)) say it all.

The talk about splits in the dressing room comes down to those who roll their eyes in front of Sarll and those who do it behind his back.

he could have reached the situation where he just cannot win with fans anymore. if he played the players fans want to see, play the game more gung ho trying to outscore the opposition and it worked by saying we win 4-2 on saturday in a memorable end to end game that would due to him be described as a fluke where it would be back to his plan A next week. he needs a couple of months of games and results like that to get any fan back onside but will never happen because he,s not wired like that.

YES note that the majority of Woking fans did not have much good to say about him. Manni d and Joe Grey scored 38 goals between them last season so what does he do drop them. The team should be built around these two and Mancini playing to their strengths and playing it on the ground. As Brian clough used to say if it was meant to be in the air then so would the grass. Remember after Saturday we play the Mighty Brackley Town.

The person in question is an escapee from the ‘ Not a Full Shilling Institute’ suffering from ‘Smart Arse Syndrome’..

I've always been optimistic regarding pools, always try to be positive about situations...however, I've never had the hope sucked out of me so quickly as with Sarll, he seems a lost cause already.
In the past there's a few managers have had me given up on them, Mick Doherty, Bobby Moncur and Martin Scott but never after ten games.

Very true, his football is like a vacuum pump that sucks hope and enthusiasm out of you…all you see is a bleak future of repeated disappointment and humiliation which he’s allowed to serenely proceed with ….without hindrance for the Gods in the boardroom. sadx
