I know I have been critical of him, but I actually felt a bit sorry for the bloke---very different figure and body language to the start of the season and I think he knows he's under pressure.

I really do hope he turns it around starting Saturday as he's obviously doing his best

There you go loyal you definitely not a bad bloke. You follow your love of our club different to me but cut us both in half and you get the same blue in white through and through. To be honest we all want the best for our club but sometimes we don't agree who the best driver should be or the best course to take to finish first in this "Wacky Races " of a league. But hopefully by hook or by crook we will get this race won this season. UTP

Aw - I didn't know you cared :romance-caress:

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game. Sometimes it's easier to play against sides that fancy their chances than the ones who come looking for a point.
Time for Sarll and his players to finally put in a cracking performance at the Vic - the fans are still onside, just don't blow it.

feel after all those home draws most of those who will turn up will accept anything just for a win. its now got down to something where unfortunetly the result is far more important than the performance and helps sarll.

He looked a beaten man--a lot more circumspect than he was at the start of the season---Askey looked the same toward the end--while we all like a shout and rant on here there is a human side and I genuinely hope he succeeds and proves me wrong. He is a lot more likable like this than when the 'Sarll knows best' personna is out

He doesn’t seem to realise that the players are right and they are playing in their right positions but his instructions are all wrong. How can 4,000 fans see that we have good players and should play it on the deck but he can’t see it?

Sarll certainly seems less confident this week. We'll see tomorrow if he's changed anything tactically, although I noticed he said in his interview the loss to Ebbsfleet was 'nothing tactical or technical'.
I reckon his usual tactics will work better against a team playing higher up the pitch and one who commit more men to the attack, but we'll find that out late on tuesday

Reading between the lines (his interview) to me he said.
It was down to the players NOT him.

I've just watched the interview and tbh, I found him quite rational. I do think him and the team have got to back it up tomorrow with a decent performance and a convincing win, especially with a game against Rochdale on Tuesday.
I'm rooting for Sarll, I really like the bloke and I hope things start clicking for him .
One goal in four home games is pretty fucking grim, but to be fair we've been beaten only twice, our defence has massively improved from last season... I still get the feeling we will come good. If you want to call me a happy clapper crack on, a convincing win tomorrow changes the outlook, I don't see the point in getting aroused by the thought of us getting beat.

I do hope he can change his mindset on the tactics but from what I've seen so far I'm doubtful. In the pre match interview he sounded like a man looking for something that isn't there. The amount of clichés and bluff was evident. Clutching at more straws than worzel gummidge watching aunt sally getting undressed.

Seriously though I hope I'm wrong but he looked like a man who knows his race is run, however I believe the injuries he has might force a change in the midfield and if Dodds is back at full pelt it could bring a different dynamic tomorrow. We want him to succeed but the hoofball has to go and quickly.

Getting beat at half time.
Then MannyD Knocks Sarly out in the dressing room. And tells the defence pass to the wingers then cross the ball onto me head.
Win 3 1.
UTP.

put a letter R in front of your last word and he might get that from the terraces today. we do not know about him losing the dressing room but he,s close now to losing the fans.

If we had a average squad, Could maybe (just) forgive the tactics, but not every game.

We here this every season mainly from the ones that think they are superfans, that wont criticise under any circumstances. Im sorry but if your not criticising what you have seen so far this season then what ambition do we have.

Then the lines only lost twice? Yes against utterly shit opposition. A convincing win? A convincing win? Where is this going to miraculously come from, we are creating 2 to 3 chances a game employing these tactics, we would need a bloody miracle to convincingly beat anyone.

Anyway 4 nil pools today ball on the floor, attack attack attack.

Well those shreds of hope from a couple of weeks back by some have been shown to be well and truly misplaced…..
It’s just a case of waiting till his ship leaves port…….but the sooner it sails the better.

i dont think hes doing himself any favours with these interviews

He talks about repetition a lot. How about breaking with repetition and winning at home and scoring a couple of goals and playing a style of football that suits the players at your disposal rather than the current system witch has resulted failures and humiliation. The clown needs to go

He mentions aggression in nearly every interview he does. How about trying fast flowing football and scoring goals. We have the players for it but he would rather play with aggression.

Even if we win these next 2 games it will be just be papering over the cracks before normal service resumes resulting in a relegation battle.

While Sarly is getting all the shit and desevervedly so.
There's a even bigger problem above him.

Singh.
The decision to have Sarly managing this Sutton game is easily the worst of non stop bad decisions under his ownership.
Maybe he's through the towel in as well as losing his tongue.

Make no apologys for offending his deciples who seem to of lost there tongues as well.

Only Football.

As we all should know by now, Raj only deigns to communicate to the Pools fanbase via his programme notes. It will be very interesting therefore to read his views in respect of the club's current plight tomorrow.

I heard there was a vote (boardroom) Last week, And it was a split decision, Hence him being still here.

I was quite surprised by Sarll’s long interview’s,as the Woking fans said they are usually short & sweet,if you got one at all.

As we all should know by now, Raj only deigns to communicate to the Pools fanbase via his programme notes. It will be very interesting therefore to read his views in respect of the club's current plight tomorrow.

He only seems to do notes every third match now as well.

He’d like to do more…. but have you seen the price of crayons?

He should talk less, the more he talks the more shite comes out

Like the one of being hungry for wins whether you have lost a few or won 10 in a row which he’s had a few times in his career…..call me cynical but I would be amazed if this chancer has managed 1 never mind a few runs of 10 wins on the bounce, he always show horns in some self serving crap like he’s forgotten the internet exists and it can be checked for bollocks

I am sure there must be someone on here who has the time and patience to check the varacity of the ten game winning streak claim. It sounds just a tad suspect given Sarll's preferred style. I could imagine ten games unbeaten but there'd be few draws.

I had more interest in checking our goals for column and we’re second bottom….our goals against column is good, but with our goals for column piss poor, we’re nosediving alarmingly.

if a team cannot score or look like scoring it makes the team talk from opposing managers quite easy. they do not need to come to the vic and park their bus we have parked the bloody fleet for them.
