We can't really argue with our draw but it would have been nice if two of the league one clubs had drawn each other.

And now that we're at the sharp end of the contest they'll all be taking it seriously too.

Leeds, Carlisle, Hartlepool Doncaster for the semi's I reckon. Leeds at home for us would do for me.

Have we got 4 home games in October like, I thought we only had Carlisle, Bristol Rovers and Brighton, have I missed one then, i hope not seeing as i have a pre paid season ticket.

I reckon it might be a teener a ticket for adults for the Morecombe game and if we get a non league club at home in the first round of the FA Cup I reckon the tickets will be a similiar price

Nah, just 3 home games in October. Chip obviously only didn't do maths at a reasonable level!

I don't think we'll reduce the prices for the FA Cup regardless of who we get personally.

Piece of piss. Next time the kids do something bad just ban them from going as a punishment. Even if they don't do anything just make something up like you've heard them swearing.

Go on your own, go in the Town End. 18 quid you'll be spending instead of 40.

I agree with Chip, I think they will reduce prices. I can't see a crowd over 2500 if the prices remain the same as a League game.

If we drew Leeds at home should we progress to the next round then I can see a much larger crowd because of who it is.

On this occassion the crowd stayed in the stands otherwise the game would have been won. But sticking to the subject - prices affect the size of the crowd.

The prices will be £10 and free for under 16's, it is for every game in JPT I believe the prices are set by Johnstones Paint and the FL.

Take this as you like, but you're a Musician aren't you? Honestly it's a piece of pie. Last night I came home with 120quid in my pocket, which will pay for Millwall AND Huddersfield Away. Bugger art, just get them up dancing.

This is NOT to brag, but to answer your post. Making money, and spending it, is easy.

But...Chip can't start doing cover versions at weddings. can he? It would destroy our image of him entirely. Culture shock even. Do give over, Elvis

scary true story. I know a lad who delivered pizzas in his own car for a takeaway shop in the town. He regularly got to take deliveries to a certain address in the town which was a known drugs den, and being watched by the poliss. After the fourth or fifth time they observed him delivering to the address, they stopped him and searched his car - and I mean pulled it to bits. They started to question him about the activities in the house, and what he was doing there etc etc. He explained, and got his boss to verify the food delivery was just that. They still put it on record, which he has since asked several times to remove, but everytime he phones up to check if they have removed it they can still bring it up on their computers, the twats. They obviously hate letting anything go, even if they are wrong.
The only way you would want to do a delivery job like that is with the shop's name splattered all over the side of the delivery vehicle.

Wasn't there a story recently about Domino 'employees' ending up with no pay, because all of the deductions on their pay slips outweighed their wages. A big boss was on Newsnight trying to defend their company's actions.

be careful of pizza delivery drivers.
i would bet a pound to a pinch of shit they are not insured whilst delivering so if they bump into you you are fooked.
their insurance will not cover business use let alone delivering pizzas.

With no disrespect to Mr No6 whatsoever.................

did you know that the highway code was different for buses and taxis?

Normal drivers: Mirror, signal, maneuveor.
Maneuveor and signal at the same time, cut up whatever vehicle is about to or in the process of passing you, then signal again with middle finger.

Quite a few buses seem to have 'problems' with their indicators not working as well as they should, perhaps stagecoach could look into this......

I suppose the truth of it is that car and van drivers see a bus that's about to pull away from a bus stop and think (add suitable blasphemy here) - I don't want to get stuck behind this slow moving, polluting bus with little chance of overtaking as there is bound to be a car / van / lorry parked at the next stop and it will have to double park to let people on / off and I'll be late and the fumes will kill me. So I'll just speed up and ignore the indicator.

and dont even get me started on bin wagons.

bus drivers you wont get cctv footage from the bus company unless their driver is completely blameless.

theres half a million folk on their bus but they always turn round and say theres no witnesses.

i aint saying all bus drivers are twats cos obviously some arent but a lot of the ones i come across are, like taxi drivers they are born liars. they cant help it, its in their genes.

and the firms they work for and their insurance companies are even worse.

sorry mr number 6 but stagecoach are one of the worst i have to deal with.

im sure number six would not do any of those things of course.

and i cant drive at all so i havent driven at any level.

thats right when i write cars off i always admit it and get the sticker on the side of the bus

i have had 2 accidents in 7 years i was at fault once and wrote a car off at newport roundabout in the boro in the other i was stationary at a set of lights when some old biddy went to overtake me realised there were lights ahead went to pull back in and clouted the back end of the bus.
i got out looked at the damage to the bus which was basically a scrape so told her to just forget it and get her wing and front end repaired herself to save claiming next thing i'm dragged in the office and asked why i told her that i wouldnt give her my details as she wanted to claim of our insurance.
we viewed the cctv and she changed her mind (lying owld bastad)
but i still got my arse kicked.

its like pulling teeth at times.

do bus drivers at your gaff have to fill in accident report forms and that when they have accidents, cos i dont think i have ever seen a one from a stagecoach bus driver.

we just get them tossers up in perth that handle all their claims claiming that the driver no longer works for the comapny.

yes any incident like people falling on buses, collisions, windows smashed etc and we have to fill in a "third party form" i believe stagecoach have their own company "psv claims" based in perth that deal with all that

i think that in the past they just used to pay up but people started abusing it so they clamped down.
about 4 year ago there was an accident on york road when a rover car pulled out in the path of a bus and got T-BONED there were about 10 people on the bus who suffered whiplash.
TWENTY ODD CLAIMS WENT IN of people who were on the bus but werent recorded on the ticket machine

Don't all insurance companies, in their 'what to do in case of accident' leaflets, always say never admit liability!!
