Was the last time we scored 5 away from home in the '91 promotion season when we beat Aldershot 0-5 and Paul Dalton got 4?

Are you into omens?

That last time, against Wrexham, was the end of another away drought and the start of an 8-game unbeaten run that went WWDDWWWW and took us to within catching distance of leaders Luton and Hull and secured us a permanent position in the play-off zone :)

Well, there's no harm dreaming.

how bastid cold it was

I don't think it's the coldest I've ever been, but when I went for a half-time slash I was worried I'd have to do it sitting down. My genitals had retracted somewhat!

I've been lucky enough to see all those three games. Snow at the Vale, rain at Wrexham and sunshine at the Posh. How gimpy does that bloke in the top hat and monocle look when he comes out of the tunnel like a lanky Lionel Blair?? Just asking for a bit of target practice.

I guess that's put the myth about the black kit to bed as well??

It was good to see H'angus kitted out in black kit! Who also performed well yesterday!

H'angus is back in black!

We've now dropped to 14th, With a Wrexham win today, But back-to-back wins @ Grimsby & Home Vs Wrexham and it all could start to look peachy again

Ah shite. But that date of 10/12/2005 still holds!
Now the next target we have to aim for is 11th. That would put us higher than we got at ANY time last season.
As Neale Cooper used to say, small targets, one at a time.

By the way we're two points better off that under Martin Scott after 10 games.
Small targets...

Oh yes, and we're 5 points better off than Scotty's current protégés.

Oh we were in a higher division last season were we? You're right I'd completely forgotten.
Listen if you were hoping to get promoted from any division higher than League Two this season you're going to be really disappointed!

Do you remember at one stage well into last season we had more points on the board than the previous season under Cooper? And with a worse start, as I pointed out above?
Draw your own conclusions (probably we're going to lose the next ten games in your case).
