Sounds all in all like a good day, I didn't even dare to listen on Pools world as I seem to hex them, we can be doing fine until I tune in & all of a sudden we are pants, contented myself with occasional updates on Radio Borer & the last 10 minutes on bbc text commentary

Was the match as good as the scoreline suggests

Are you sure you didn't listen in for a quarter of an hour Cowboy? Jeff Stelling was seriously bricking it, when they pulled it back to 3-4. That Scottish get doing the premiersh*t commentary was giving Jeff 5-4 hand signals, until we finished it off with the fifth.

Got to say I had a right good day out even though and the support and atmosphere was the best that I have experienced for years. Cheers Mr G for the lift to and from Darlo I will get you a beer or 2 in next Saturday

Agreed

It was certainly the best atmosphere I’ve heard at a Pools match in a long, long time. Right from the first whistle the away end was in full voice, it’s amazing just how much noise 300 half cut Poolies can make, great support!

Just watched it. Very good. Then clicked on a few more videos. Saw us beat Forest 3-1, ah the memories. Then watched a video of Amarillo at Cardiff as the camera spun round to show all the pools fans singing and dancing, waving flags. I've neve even seen the video since, never been able to. Got some excellent photos of my own, including all the players afterwards etc, but that video really brought it all back. Made me sad and happy at the same time. I'd love to get out this frigging division again.
