If anyone is passing them this afty, please can you tell them I can't contact them by phone. I want to place an order of brown stotties to pick up tomorrow but their phone keeps going through to the fax.

I feel shan if I don't order the stotties, as I usually get 4 or 5 dozen, which they bake extra as well as the normal amount. If they don't bake extra it means I am depriving folk of their half-dozen. I have to do the same with Morrells pork pies as I've got to bring 18 back.

It's very strange, they always 'run out' of stotties by about 1 o clock, yet if they actually baked more they'd be able to sell more, up to say 3 o clock.

And don't get me started on corned beef slices...

Sparksys do better stotty buns.

The one in Oxy Road was best til it shut, but the ones from the fens shops are lush too.

No sparksys on Fens shops, you have a choice of Three Cooks, Mary Lamberts or Greggs

Im not up to date on the best pie shops in hartlepool (ADG is like) but im not too fond on Mary Lambert's pies there seems to be no gravy inside of them. However morrells pork pies and the sausage sarnies were nice the last time i had them.
