didn't this happen between Yeovil and Plymouth in a cup match a couple of years back? Plymouth kicked the ball back to Yeovil after a Plymouth player was injured, and Yeovil kicked the ball out so he could get treatment.
However the Yeovil keeper wasn't paying attention at the time the ball was hoofed back to him and it went into the net. The ref obviously had to give a goal, so the Plymouth bench immediately signalled to their team to allow Yeovil to walk the ball in the net from the kick-off.

Arsenal were similarly sporting against Sheffield United, weren't they?(ha ha) Arsene Wenger tried to reciprocate when his team took advantage of a similar scenario - not. Another reason I hate that fooker and all those premiershit cronies.
