Is anyone travelling via the M11 and back to the Leyton match? I'm trying to hatch a plan. :sweeeet:

Nope, I'm flying into Gatwick 'cos the Stansted flight times are rubbish from here.

Get the Standsted Express - 'tis easy.

how long should it take to get there do you think? I'll have to go by car as i'm busy on the morning when the Hudsa bus will be leaving.
I'll have space in my car like, is the M11 part of the route from Billingham?

It's on the route for anyone who goes down the A1, not the M1.
It leads almost straight to the ground!

I've no idea how long it takes to drive to the smoke these days though. It used to be about 4 hours when I was in the UK.

it says 4 1/2 hours on the AA route planner but we all know to knock some time of their 'sensible' estimate so i'm going to say 3 1/2 hours.

It's ironic really, i can't set off early because i'm doing training to become a driving instructor but i'll have to speed and do all the wrong things when i'm finished just to get there on time!

Don't forget all the cameras on the A1.

Best take 10 Slade CD's for a long journey Bob, it will keep you rocking there and back.

It takes me approx 4 1/4 Hrs from Sarfend to Darlo. From Pools to Leyton Orient should take in the region of 4 3/4 hrs. There are plenty of side turnings you can park in near the ground (about 10 mins walk). It's my only area of expertise.
