Having struggled to get PW running at home on an old pc and laptop and then copying the installation details etc to my new laptop which is away at my work location I find when I try to access PW I have exceeded the license limit and get dumped from the service on the away from home laptop. Fookin annoying with Tuesdays game coming up.

Anyone know how you delete licenses or get access in this situation, apart from trying to get through to customer service .

when you get a new license it asks you if you want to save it, I am guessing that you always click yes.

The simple answer is go to your save location and send them into the recycle bin and you should be ok again.

Pools World, or probably more exactly Premium TV, are too clever and/or brainwashed for their own good. They have a phobia, fuelled no doubt by good DRM* salesmanship, that makes their videos wortheless. I know one person whose Pools World subscription is never going to be renewed if they continue practising this shite.
