How come every time I'm in town and get the Hartlepool Mail John Marshall is in it having a go at Mayor Drummond.

This time it's about the amount of funds set aside by the council...

Does Marshall not like him then?

Im sure the feeling will be mutual, but then everyone in Hartlepool hates Councillor Marshall

I think it's safe to say the only person this certain councillor likes is probably this certain councillor.
