Very f*cking annoying after we'd just paid 29 quid each for ours last week.

You can pay an extra 2 quid each way and go from Hartlepool too, £20 return from Hartlepool to London; not bad!

No, not the direct service. It means a change at Thornaby but you're only there 6 minutes (6 too long if you ask me, that place is the arsehole of the north east).

I'm sure I read there was supposed to be an announcment on the direct train service on the 23rd August and that was yesterday so I might have a hunt about...

There is a bit in tonights Mail about that new direct rail link.

Apparently work hasn't finished on the carriages which means yet another delay surprise surprise
