The scorers where Mackay, Sandra, Maidens, and Haigh by all accounts.

Aye that was my reaction when I heard his name on the teamsheet, but I warmed to him slightly last season as he did a job in a few big games namely MK Dons and Swindon. I call him 'Sandra' as a sign of affection these days, and not because I think he's shite

Why is Porter playing back to back games?

Is he not in our first choice 11?

Also, Barron back at centre back?

Gott's inclusion is an eye opener.
I'm not judging a lad I've never seen or heard of, but it shows just how light our cover really was at the back when despite our three defensive signings we still have to call on a 1st year youth to complete a 2nd team.
Either that or Wilson has big plans for Gott sctatchinghead confised .

Couldn't tell you if he's from Ferryhill or not. He spent about 7-8 years on Boro's books and joined Pools towards end of 2005/06. He started off as something of a utility player, playing centre half or centre mid, but he's now established alongside Gary Forbes at centre half.

a lad i used to work with (from ferryhill) knows a kid whos signed for pools, he reckons he's a top notch player like

Isn't that a typical description of any professional footballer?
