Noticed that Mickey Barron was replaced at half time, by Ali Gibb
I do hope that DW is not trying to turn him into a full back, cos he couldn't tackle a good dinner.

I think it was a pre-planned substitution, because in McCunnie's video interview, he said he wasn't going
to be involved last night, he was playing alongside Wille (Boland) in the second friendly.

So we've brought 4 new outfield players in and still haven't solved a problem we've had
for several seasons now.
Ali Gibb cannot defend and unless his fitness has improved with a good pre-season then
I doubt he will be able to get up and down the pitch for 90 minutes, a basic pre-requisite
for a wing back.

Still I suppose it's something else we'll have to wait and see

when Robertson and Ross were at the wide defensive positions we looked quality, it would be nice to think we could have that standard again sometime soon.

when is this soon you are on about as i cant see from the people we have who is going to fill a right wing back spot gibb as mentioned before he is suspect at defending
