Boy, 13, in court over sex attack
Rosemary Pagett
Ms Pagett died in hospital 10 days after the attack
A 13-year-old boy has appeared in court charged with the indecent assault of a woman who later died in hospital after a sex attack at her home.

Rosemary Pagett, 75, was assaulted at her home in Mulberry Place, Ryhill, near Wakefield, on 3 July.

She later suffered breathing problems and died at Pinderfields Hospital.

The boy appeared before Wakefield Magistrates' Court, and was remanded into the care of the local authority to appear before a youth court next week.

Always been an odd insult that, "doing good"
Since when should doing good be a bad thing?
I'm probably what some people would describe as a do-gooder. I'd like to think I was simply more understanding than most and that I've worked in certain areas that mean I see things from a different angle
But then again, from my perspective there's lots of idiots further to the goodie side than me. The ones who are way on the far side of the do-gooder swingometer.
They give just off centre do-gooders like me a bad name.
As for the above story I can understand the anger as its highly disgusting and I think he should be locked up for a very long time. And I think sentences for rape, murder, child abuse, domestic and serious violence, heroin and crack dealing should be way way higher than they are.
