Ive gone and snapped my car key (tip end) in the door barrell. I can still open and close the doors with the key but cant start the car. No spare key how do i get the bit of key out so i can get another one cut.

Can you try a small magnet, it might work

but it would take a long time to go hard. Or should he take it out of his mouth first?

Does the key have a number on it? If so you should be able to get a replacement with that.
Failing that try the minutest drop of super glue on the tip and keep your fingers crossed.(very minute)
The only other way is to remove the barrel. Chewey.
